Description
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of knotgrass herb, cover and simmer for 3–5 minutes. Steep for a further 5–10 minutes to let the tea develop its full qualities, then strain. Drink 1 glass of tea 3–4 times a day.
