Description
Preparation and directions for use:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g) of greater celandine herb and cover. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Drink 1 glass of tea twice a day, before meals. Do not use continuously for more than 4 weeks.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
