Place 1 tea bag in a cup, pour over 150 ml of boiling water and cover. Steep for 3–5 minutes to let the tea develop its full qualities, then strain.

1. Fruit tea with raspberry
Ingredients: hibiscus flowers, apples, rosehips, chokeberry fruit, natural flavouring, elderberries, raspberries 13%, stevia leaves.
2. Fruit tea with apple and cinnamon
Ingredients: apples 41%, hibiscus flowers, cinnamon 10%, sweet blackberry leaves, roasted chicory root, natural flavouring, blackberry leaves, chokeberry fruit, rosehips.
3. Black tea with herbs – Energijos gurkšnis (Sip of Energy)
Ingredients: black tea 70%, lime flowers, peppermint leaves, dried rosehip shells, natural bergamot flavouring.
4. Fruit tea with cherry
Ingredients: hibiscus flowers, apples, blackberry leaves, natural flavourings, orange peel, liquorice root, rosehips, cherry pieces 0.5%.
Contains liquorice – people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.
5. Green tea with sea buckthorn and lemon balm
Ingredients: green tea 40%, peppermint leaves, lemon balm leaves 10%, lemon peel, carrot pieces, sea buckthorn fruit 2%.
6. Rooibos tea with cinnamon
Ingredients: red rooibos tea 50%, rosehip shells, orange peel, cinnamon bark 8%, liquorice root, natural flavourings.
