Preparation / directions for use:
Place 1 tea bag in a cup and pour over hot, but not boiling, water (green tea is best brewed with water at 70–80 °C). Steep for 3–4 min to let the tea develop its full qualities.
Remove the tea bag. The tea can be infused several times. Enjoy warm or chilled. Sweeten with honey or add slices of lemon, lime or grapefruit, or peppermint/mint leaves, if you like. Not suitable for persons sensitive to any of the ingredients of this tea. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
