to make its sweets. The fruit and berry purée is dried at no more than 55 °C using a combined technology of convection and infrared drying. This helps preserve the vitamins and all the valuable
micronutrients of the berries and fruit. No sulphur dioxide, citric acid or sweeteners are used in preparing the raw materials.
