Directions for use:
Stir 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 g) into 200 ml of water (cold or warm, but not boiling). Drink immediately, before the ingredients settle. Take twice a day (20 g), 15–20 minutes before meals.
Not suitable for persons with swallowing difficulties.
