Composition
ETNO Peru coffee
100% Arabica coffee from Peru, grown in the Chunino region in the centre of the country, in the Andes. The beans are grown at 1,200–1,350 metres, where conditions favour slower ripening of the coffee cherries and a balanced flavour profile.
Bean variety: Peru Arabica Hardbean MCM Grade 1. A medium roast brings out the coffee's rich character while keeping a gentle acidity and low bitterness.
